In the Summer of Love 1967, a band was formed that was to send the world on a musical trip of billowing sounds, mystical sound orgies, psychedelic auditory images and purple lights: Pink Floyd. On their debut album The Piper at the Gates of Dawn, the four Englishmen showed us where they were heading with Interstellar Overdrive. 30 years later in 1997, Interstellar Overdrive took material form in Wiesbaden. The six musicians cast a spell over their audience with the mystical sounds of Pink Floyd and revive the music of the masters of psychedelic rock. Entire albums such as Dark Side Of The Moon Animals or Wish You Were Here are played in one piece and the light immerses the audience in the warm atmosphere
