The artists in the "Flamenco sin fronteras" series have been performing successfully on national and international stages for years and convey the entire range of emotions: from the immediate joy of life to sadness, loneliness, pain and love - just like life itself. Their love is for traditional flamenco, but their creations are also characterized by modern influences.

Federico Ordoñez was born in Brussels and comes from an Italo-Spanish family. He discovered his passion for dance at an early age, which led him to flamenco at the age of 17. He gained his first stage experience in 2004 alongside the duo Fernando y José in the Forest National and on tour with the singer Belle Perez, in whose music videos he also appeared. His artistic career soon led him to international projects such as "Doce Tiempos de Amor" by guitarist Alexander Gavilán and to collaborations with artists such as Irene Álvarez, with whom he developed several pieces. In 2013, he presented his own work "Ambos lados" for the first time at Espace Senghor in Brussels. Since then, Ordoñez has performed regularly at renowned venues such as Flagey, Bozar and De Roma, as well as at festivals such as the Potsdam Music Festival, Tomorrowland and Kings Place London. His most important creations include "Lírico" (2016), "In-Puro" (2019) and "ERA" (2021, with Samina Carrerans). In 2022, he celebrated the premiere of "Poeta" with Esteban Murillo, a poetic fusion of music, dance and theater.
